With Teachers' Day around the corner, Rubaru Mr. India Glam International winner Viraj Babbar says he has been fortunate to have many people guide him on the right path. He adds that he has also been lucky to meet the right people in this industry who have taught him a lot.

“I have been fortunate that I have had a lot of people to guide me on the right path. I have always been very particular about the people I spend my time with, I never waste my time on people I don't like being with. There's been Bhavna, she is a family friend, who's one of the biggest writers of the television industry. I am sure you know her work. She's been my constant support from day one in my entire journey, I am really grateful for her,” he says.

He says that there are some friends who have helped him in his career as well. “In the modelling industry, I would like to thank Parimal Mehhta, founder of BlancKanvas Edu, who's supported me, groomed me, and taught me the dynamics of the industry. He has some major contributions behind me winning the Rubaru Mr India Glam International. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have come so far in modelling, I would have just been an actor. He helped me out with my walks, provided me with mock shoots so that I can practice before my real shoots. Now, he will help me for my international event. Top guy!” he says.

He adds, “Then, during my pageant, Director of Rubaru Organisation, Mr Pankaj Kharbanda, who's been helping me as well with all the preparation for the international event. He strikes the right balance between pushing me to my fullest and not pressuring me. He's truly the king of male pageantry in India.Super glad to have them in my life.”
