Giani Kewal Singh, the former Jathedar of Takht Sri Damdama Sahib, was stopped by the Metro security staff from traveling with a three feet long kirpan. According to information, the security officials did not allow the former Jathedar to board the metro by wearing a three-foot long Sri Sahib.

Former Jathedar Kewal Singh told the media that as soon as he started to enter the metro station to go to Tilak Nagar from Sector-21 of Dwarka in New Delhi, the security personnel stopped him and said that he was carrying a small size 6 One can travel by wearing Sri Sahib.
